For pre-order items, please anticipate a production and fulfillment timeframe of 3-4 weeks. 

Pre-made items, typically require 1-3 days for fulfillment. Prior to purchasing, we advise reviewing the product description, as refunds are not offered.

Similar to the refund policy, XOLOVIN cannot assume responsibility for lost packages during shipment. Should a package go missing, please engage directly with the shipping carrier to address the situation.

Chargeback Policy:
